Order Processing and Stitching Every dress is carefully prepared for you. Once you place an order, it takes us 3 days to custom stitch and pack your dress. After these 3 days, your order is dispatched from our production facility.

How We Ship Our shipping process has two steps. First, your dispatched parcel travels to our main facility and warehouse in Houston, Texas. Once your parcel clears customs and reaches our Houston warehouse, it is handed over to trusted local couriers like UPS or FedEx for the final delivery directly to your home.

Delivery Timeframe Our total standard delivery time for orders to the USA is 15 to 20 business days. This timeframe includes the stitching process, the transit to Houston, and the final local delivery.

Unexpected Delays We work hard to deliver your order fast. However, due to current global situations, war risks, and strict international customs checks, shipments can sometimes face delays. These delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience if the customs clearance takes longer than usual. We monitor every package 24/7 to ensure it reaches you safely.

Order Tracking You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is handed over to the local courier in the USA. We will provide you with a specific UPS or FedEx tracking ID. You can use this to track the exact delivery day.

Correct Shipping Address Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are completely correct at checkout. If a package is returned because of a wrong address, the customer is responsible for the extra shipping costs.

Customs and Import Fees Sometimes local authorities apply extra import fees or taxes. If any additional fees are charged during the customs process, the customer is responsible for paying them.
